Can I export my code?
Section titled “Can I export my code?”Yes! Code export is available on all paid plans. You get:
- Complete source code
- All dependencies
- Database migrations
- Deployment configurations
- Documentation
The exported code is standard TypeScript with no proprietary dependencies.
Can I use my own domain?
Section titled “Can I use my own domain?”Absolutely. Custom domains are available on Pro and Enterprise plans:
- Add your domain in project settings
- Update your DNS to point to Presencis
- SSL certificates are provisioned automatically
Does Presencis support backend logic?

- API routes (REST or GraphQL)
- Server-side rendering

How does authentication work?

Section titled “What happens if I exceed my plan limits?”We’ll notify you before you hit limits. You can:
- Upgrade your plan
- Reduce usage
- Contact us for custom limits
We never cut off your live applications without warning.
Can I change plans?
Section titled “Can I change plans?”Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime:
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle
- Unused time is prorated and credited
Do you offer refunds?

Where is my data stored?
